Natalie has also been honored by INALA as 2023 Outstanding Marketing Director! She has been the force in advocating and supporting the innovative concept brought to us by a resident family member creating the Parkinson’s Support Group and Exercise Program for Porter County. The program provides access to strategies, hope, and education for families and loved ones living with Parkinson’s. A trained physical therapist shares movement exercises for individuals with Parkinson’s while families meet. They join the group afterwards. She successfully put together a community Fun Run/Walk to help underwrite the group’s efforts to provide support for what they felt was an underserved senior population in our area.
“Natalie has been working with us since before our doors opened, making plans and acting as our conduit to our communities. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic she worked diligently to help residents and families cope with restrictions, leading through to ‘the other side’ where she resumed her own special touches of her unique approach to senior living with a series of educational programs and fun events for our greater community as well,” noted Kaitlynn.
