We work with each person one-on-one to design a rehabilitation therapy program that suits their individual needs. We offer the latest equipment, knowledgeable staff and exercises that help maintain and optimize overall health and flexibility.
Our Physical Therapists are experienced in geriatrics and know the challenges seniors face in preserving their mobility.

Physical Therapy is also beneficial for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. Different therapies are available as residents progress with memory loss and can help slow the progression of different aliments that can come with memory impairments. Rehabilitation Therapy at the Residences at Deer Creek & Residences at Coffee Creek
- On-site Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services offered through an affiliation program for residents and short-term stay guests.
- Physical Therapy to promote staying active and maintaining range of motion of joints, muscle strength and pain management.
- Occupational Therapy to improve independence with everyday tasks, such as dressing, bathing, grooming, eating and driving.
- Speech Therapy to treat disorders of speech, language, cognition (brain fitness), swallowing or voice disorders.
Therapy Services are covered by most private insurance plans and Medicare (deductibles, co-insurance and other limits may apply).
