The honor represents the best of the best of senior living communities determined by the reviews of seniors and their families. The award recognizes the top 1-2% of nearly 45,000 senior care providers nation-wide for exemplary care and support to aging loved ones.

While we have a Recognition board available in our lobby where notes of gratitude are posted, we especially appreciate the extra mile our families take to post reviews on-line.
What is even more important to us are the recommendations they make for new services or to enable changes that help us achieve even higher satisfaction. We are each family’s extended caregivers. We truly believe that working together with residents and families is the key to successful living. Our residents have elected an Ambassador on each floor in Assisted Living. They provide in-person feedback regularly to me and hold us accountable for follow-through. That’s as it should be, this is home!

Reviews from other families sharing their experiences are tremendously helpful. You can identify with a concern that another family had when a parent was reluctant to make the move but now feels happily adjusted thanks to the efforts of a caring staff.
