CHESTERTON, December 28, 2018– Residences at Coffee Creek celebrated its grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration with a festive, holiday themed event attracting more than 400 community members. The 112-unit state of the art senior living community is now open and welcoming new residents’ home.
The grand opening event was nothing short of spectacular featuring holiday themed chef prepared hors d’oeuvres and desserts, a live big-band performance, local wine pouring from Running Vines Winery with signature chef prepared cocktails, an interactive photobooth and guided tours of the new community. The grand opening event also featured a live casino where attendees could play their luck for free and cash in their tickets for a chance to win luxury gift baskets and gift certificates to local businesses. Lively holiday music filled the building as guests took advantage of the festivities and toured the community’s luxurious amenities.
“This is a day that we’ve been long awaiting and it’s finally here,” said Kaitlynn Redmon, Executive Director for Residences at Coffee Creek. “We’re extremely proud of our team here who has been working diligently to prepare for our opening. We are not only celebrating the opening of our community but are celebrating all the new memories our residents will make here.”

The Duneland Chamber of Commerce members joined the Residences at Coffee Creek team for their ribbon cutting ceremony along with members of the town council. Guests gathered around to witness the thoughtful words from those involved in the project and hear from key players in the development of the building.
