The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the Residences at Coffee Creek’s maintenance and housekeeping functions, overall budget for maintenance and housekeeping departments, and ensures compliance with Life Safety code requirements.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all human resource functions including employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Responsible for developing, communicating, and enforcing human resources policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and good practices. Serves as a consultant to management on matters concerning human resource management.
The Director of Life Enrichment will be integral in developing a dynamic life enrichment team in a brand new senior living community. In this high energy role, The Director of Life Enrichment is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the life enrichment activities designed to encourage resident socialization, improve daily living skills, expand personal interests and increase the physical, intellectual, emotional, and psychological well-being of the residents.
The Social Worker will be integral in assisting residents in identifying and dealing with social, emotional, psychological, spiritual and environmental factors as they affect the well-being of the resident. In this exciting role, the Social Worker will be responsible for initiating and maintaining a comprehensive social services program within the community for residents and their families.
The Director of Resident Services will be integral in developing a dynamic care team in a brand new senior living community. In this exciting role, the Director of Resident Services will oversee and monitor all daily activities and functions of resident’s health and medical services to ensure all needs and established community standards for quality are met.
